CORRUGATED BOARD BOXES

CORRUGATED BOARD BOXES

The primary purpose of producing multi-layer corrugated cardboard is to create a structure for the final product, namely the box, that is as hard and sturdy as possible, thereby ensuring optimal protection for products that require high security during transport and storage. This type of cardboard is crucial for preserving the integrity of the product during handling, as it prevents damage caused by impacts, vibrations, or external influences such as moisture.
Microflute is the thinnest material within the group of corrugated cardboard materials, but it stands out due to the highest wave density in the central layer.

Due to its high density, microflute provides exceptional strength and resistance to external factors, making it ideal for the production of smaller boxes that require a high level of protection and stability. Microflute is highly efficient in protecting products, while at the same time being a lighter material with a high degree of compression.

Laminated microflute is a combination of two-ply microflute and chromo board. This combination merges all the benefits of microflute, such as exceptional strength and high resistance to external influences, with the advantages of chromo board, such as gloss and the ability to print high-quality images. Laminated microflute offers excellent aesthetic qualities, which are extremely important for packaging used to promote products, while still ensuring the necessary strength to protect the contents.
The company has the ability to produce highly demanding transport packaging, as well as packaging in four types of flutes.

Given these capabilities, the company is able to produce a wide range of packaging solutions that meet various market demands, ensuring the quality and reliability of its products.
